My Black Friday deal this year
is a program called 50 Strong,

and it is a marketing campaign
that I created for my gym a few

years ago.

And it was after we were running
a fall fat loss, or not fall fat

January fat loss challenge for a
while, and it was just kind of

started not working as well.

And I wanted to change it up and
change a pace, and so I was

doing 75 Hard at the time, and I
realized this would be cool and

something different.

And the name I came up with was
kind of cool, 50 Strong, right?

75 Hard, 50 Strong, pretty,
pretty genius, Vince, right?

And so I put that name on it,
and then I made I created these

rules that people have to do,
and there were different rules

than 75 Hard, but basically it I
didn't I didn't think my people

would work out twice a day
because some of them don't even

work out twice a week.

So I think it was one workout a
day for 30 minutes.

So most of the time they come to
us through like working out for

an hour, but now they have to
like get a 30-minute walk in a

day that don't come to the gym.

So I think that they could do
that.

They did do that, they did it
well.

But basically, it was it was
kind of took the focus off fat

loss and weight loss, and it was
really about just hey, doing

something's challenging, doing
something hard and getting this

done.

And dude, it crushed.

It it absolutely crushed.

The first time we ran it, I
think we got one and I'm trying

to use the same numbers because
I'm going off my head, but I

think it was like 36 clients
bought it that were non-members,

and 29 of the 36 signed up.

Alright, so first time we ran
it, really, really great.

And I had I pretty much packed
since it worked well, I packaged

it up, gave it to my clients,
they ran it, they did well.

And so for my Black Friday deal,
I package it all up: the emails,

the ad copy, all of the booklets
that we give them physical

booklets, and you get the
digital copies of the fixed

physical booklets.

Uh, you're gonna get your what
else will you get?

Uh there's a bunch of videos I
created with it that kind of

explain how to do it.

You'll get flyers to put in your
gym.

But honestly, like the emails I
wrote for this thing are just

fire.

Like, it's probably I was in one
of my best email modes when I

ever when I wrote these emails.

So you'll get access to that
copy.

I actually had my ad guy rewrite
the new ad copy for 2026.

So there's a brand new ad copy.

There's also a brand new
follow-up process that we

created based on changes that
we've made lately.

So there's a whole new follow-up
campaign inside of it.

And then the cool thing is I
added three bonuses.

The first bonus is my
reactivation playbook.

And this is basically, I think
it's a 14-page playbook that

teaches you how to get past
members back.

And it's a really, really
valuable thing with kind of

done-for-you text message
scripts, done-for-you email

scripts.

So any one of my live events
that I've been yakking about,

And then the third bonus is, oh
yes, the third bonus is a gym

So we will lead you on a
one-on-one call, uh, probably

over Zoom, and lead you to
identify where you're at right

now, where you want to go, like
what your goals are, where you

want to be in 12 months, and
then help you build a roadmap to

get there.

So that'll be all included in
the purchase.

but this is I don't normally do

podcasts like this.

I don't I normally try to give
as much value as I can, but it's

like, hey, I'm doing a
commercial here.

I I think you should, I think
it's a good thing to get because

you kind of will see a fully
loaded marketing system where

it's like, hey, when I go and
try to create a campaign, I go

all in on a campaign.

And this kind of shows you how
to go all in on a campaign.

I think a lot of people are
scraping the surface.

They run an offer and they're
like, oh, let me, you know, send

an email out for it, or let me
run a Facebook ad and I'll tell

my Facebook ad guy to put a
Facebook ad up.

And they're they don't have this
kind of a launch mindset of

like, if you want to get
something great, if you want to

create a result, like it's gonna
take some energy, it's gonna

take some effort, it's gonna
take some planning, it's gonna

take some resources to get it
done right.

And that's kind of what you'll
see when you get the package.

You'll be like, oh, this is like
robust stuff.

There's thought that went into
this, there was planning that

goes into this.

So I think from a from an
education standpoint, it's a

good thing to get.

I mean, plus it's only a hundred
bucks.

There's nothing really to lose.

And if you know, run it and it
flops and you don't get anything

from it, I'll give you your
money back.

I don't care.

But that's that that's uh that's
what I'm doing.

This is I think that this is my
first.

I mean, I talk about other
stuff, my offers and ads I have,

but I very rarely will do a
commercial podcast.

So this is my first commercial
podcast.

What else can I tell you about
50 strong other than just go buy

it?

Oh, yeah.

It so it's the other thing is
it's an asset that you can use

and reuse.

And the example is is, and I
don't know why we do this, why

we do things once and then we
don't do it again.

If you do something and it works
well, like you should repeat it

over and over and over again.

And so if you run this campaign
and it works well, you can run

it again next year, and then the
year after that, and the year

after that.

And what you're buying for a
hundred bucks is not something

that you can use once.

It's it's a you're buying a
money-making asset.

You're buying something that is
an income-producing asset that

you can use over time.

And that's valuable, right?

Those are we want to try and
have as many of those as you

possibly can.

Right?

We don't want these, you know,
one-trick ponies.

They that's how you burn
yourself out.

You want to find things that
work and then plug them into

your business, plug and play
into your business.

So now it's like, all right,
it's January, time to get 50

strong, let's dust it off, and
let's get it in there and let's

get it rocking.

Oh, let's dust off these emails,
let's get them set up in the new

thing, and maybe if you have a
good CRM, they're already set up

and you just push the button.

I would I do like to go in and
make tweaks to it.

Again, like I said, we tweak the
ad copy, we tweak the so you get

new stuff from there.

Uh, but man, it's it's a great
program.

A lot of people have a lot of
fun doing it, and then the the

cool thing is the clients, this
is a lot longer commercial than

I thought I was gonna be, so I
apologize.

But this is my straight sales
pitch of the program.

But a lot of people like it
because it's the different than

the fat loss thing.

It's like the clients like
something different, and so it's

a good engagement tool for your
current members, and hopefully

it works really well for you.

I know it's worked very well for
many of my clients, it's worked

well for me, so hopefully it
works well for you too.
