You might be thinking, like,
seven to thirteen, like where'd

you get that number?

At the end of the day, think
about it like this.

I mean, there's gurus out there
that are promising like 40.

I saw a guy the other day, he's
like 40 to 50 new clients every

month.

I'm not that good.

I have no idea how to get you 50
clients every month, but I can

get you seven to thirteen.

And the system I'm gonna tell
you will probably do it.

And the majority of people, you
know, let's say have 100 members

and you're doing a really good
job with with churn.

If you got 100 members, you're
losing three.

If you can get seven, you're net
four every month.

If you're charging three to four
hundred bucks a month, you're

making some money.

If you do that every month,
you're in a good spot, right?

So, you know, a lot of these
guys are kind of promising the

moon.

I don't really want to do that.

I want to help you build a good
system into your business that

brings consistency.

Now, I'll be honest with you,
like if I put 40 members in one

month in my gym right now,
that'd be a problem.

That'd be an operational issue.

That'd be a problem.

I don't want that, right?

I want to, you know, we're in
the retention business.

Like, that's kind of what we
want.

We don't want to add so many
members at one time that it just

floods and affects your
operation and then it affects

your current members and then it
affects your churn, right?

Which is, you know, what we're
trying to all prevent against.

So that's why the 7 to 13.

At it, I'm gonna teach you all
the things that you need to do

for your marketing, how to fix
your marketing without paid ads.

So a couple things we're gonna
cover exactly what to say to

attract the best clients that
stay pay that stay, uh, that

pay, stay, refer, and refer the
most.

Um, I I said this in one of my
videos, but there's a book

called Exactly What to Say.

And it's like, it's a really
awesome book, and it literally

tells you exactly what to say.

It's it tells you exactly what
to say in like sales

conversations, exactly what to
say in negotiations.

It's a really, really good book
and it provides a lot of

clarity.

Well, I want to give that to you
for your marketing because a lot

of you are saying stuff, but the
problem is we're not saying

stuff that actually makes an
impact.

And that's what you want.

You want to say things in your
marketing that is going to

attract people to you, not get
people to be like, all right,

whatever.

Next.

Um, second thing is, I want you
to discover where pockets of

ideal clients are hiding.

I believe all of you have
pockets of customers that you

are not marketing to.

And sometimes it's a place
thing, meaning it's a place you

can go to, a physical place,
like uh an office building.

Sometimes it's a media source
that you're not using.

I'll give you an example.

Like, we haven't marketed in the
newspaper for a while, our adult

program.

We just started marketing in our
adult program, and we've booked,

I think, nine consultations from
a newspaper ad.

Two of them have already signed
up for a membership.

So we spent like$1,800 on the
ad, and we've already gotten two

customers at a lifetime value of
like$12,000 each.

So we spent$1,800 and made$24.

Good, good deal.

And and it's still coming.

So that's what I want to teach
you.

The second thing I want to teach
you is pockets of ideal clients

were hiding.

Uh, the second the third thing
is exactly what to say in a text

message to turn dead leads into
paying clients.

I'm going to stay uh strategic,
meaning I want to help you build

a strategy for marketing, right?

I want to help you kind of take
a strategy and a system into

this.

And full disclosure, like, you
know, I've spent years and years

and years doing this.

Are you going to know everything
you need to know in one

masterclass?

No, I'm not going to be that
crazy and promise you the moon,

but I think you'll have a good
framework for it.

And so a lot of the things I'm
going to teach you are

strategic, but I also will give
you some tactical things.

And this is a tactical thing.

I'm going to give you a text
message and I'll tell you

exactly what to say that's going
to help take leads that you

thought were dead and turn them
into paying clients.

We're going to talk about AI.

We will talk about AI and we'll
talk about that how people are

not not searching Google
anymore, but they are using

ChatGPT a whole lot more and

questions.

And they're asking Chat GPT,
like, you know, where's the best

gym that I should go to for my
area for this?

And the reality is you want to
be in that answer.

And there's things that you need
to do to be in that answer.

And I'll tell you what those
things are.

And the fun thing is, I'm going
to give you some goodies for

those that come live to the
webinar.

I've been working behind the
scenes and creating all these

different tools using you know
all the different platforms, AI

platforms.

But what I'm doing is I'm
creating tools using my stuff.

So there's a lot of people
creating tools, right?

And they're just using AI to
create the tools, but there's no

like foundation behind them.

There's no depth to the tools
that they're creating.

It's just like whatever AI you
know pulls.

But what I'm doing is I'm taking
my 19 years of work.

My 19 years of work and putting
that into AI and then creating

tools that you can use.

There's a big difference between
the two, right?

Because I got 19 years of stuff
that works.

And now I'm just going to make
it work a whole lot faster.
